RAMBAN: District Administration Ramban today organized a training session for the officers and resource persons of line departments to facilitate successful conduct of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in the district here under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Ramban, Rajinder Sharma presided over the training session, besides reviewing the arrangements for conducting planned activities in Panchayats across the District to achieve the goals of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a rural as well as urban awareness programme to saturate the schemes. He informed that Coordination Committees have been constituted at District, Sub Division and Panchayat levels to conduct Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra successfully in the district.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Harbans Lal, ACR Giasul-Haq, CPO Ganesh Kumar, ACD, Ashok Katoch, GM, DIC, Ravinder Anand, all District Officers, BDOs and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
The ADDC directed the officers of line department to immediately share the latest data pertaining to the flagship and other Centrally Sponsored Schemes with district level control room, especially seventeen mentioned schemes of various sectors to check out the modalities to saturate the same in the district.
Briefing the officers about line of activities planned by the departments and targets to be achieved by them under their respective schemes, the ADDC directed them all the activities will be coordinate by the Panchayat Level Coordination Committees in their respective Panchayats, besides ensuring the involvement of beneficiaries and general public for their awareness and to saturate the schemes in letter and spirit in the district.
The ADDC directed the officers to activate their field functionaries in coordination with BDOs to give a festive look to Panchayats by using locally available and traditional materials, banners of their departments for the beautification of Panchayats.
Meanwhile, the ADC directed the departments to start activities at Panchayat level to put enthusiasm among the public about beneficiary oriented schemes and the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra which will visit in all Panchayats of the district.
The DIO NIC, Prashant Kumar imparted the hand-holding to the officers about operation of IT portal and mobile responsive platform, besides briefing them of other technicalities pertaining to the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and implementation of online schemes.
