NEW DELHI: A day after he announced 2025 as the ‘Year of reform’, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today told scientists at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) that they could play a “crucial role” in meeting the objectives of reforms.
The minister met DRDO scientists at the its 67th Foundation Day today. He urged the scientists to keep an eye on advanced countries and develop niche technologies. He asked the DRDO to identify critical projects, which should be completed by 2025.
