SAMBA: In reference to Order No. 502 of 2021 RG dated 14.07.2021 issued by High Court of J&K and Ladakh, the sixth Coordination Meeting was held today in District Samba at Conference Hall, District Court Complex Samba under the Chairmanship of Ms. Sonia Gupta, Pr. District and Sessions Judge, Samba.
The meeting was attended by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samba, Senior Superintendent of Police Samba, Addl. Deputy Commissioner Samba, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority Samba, , Deputy Director Prosecution Kathua-Samba, Special Public Prosecutor NCB Samba, Public Prosecutor, Sessions Court Samba, Incharge Superintendent District Jail Kathua, Incharge Superintendent, Central Jail Kot Bhalwal, Superintendent District Jail Amphalla (through Virtual mode), and representatives from Police and Housing Board Jammu and PWD(R&B) Samba etc.
Secretary, Coordination Committee (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samba ) Preet Simran Kour put the agenda of the meeting into discussion and some resolutions were passed accordingly.
The Chairman impressed upon all the participants of District Administration to ensure the implementation of all the resolutions in letter and spirit.
