NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct only entrance exams for higher education institutions from 2025 and not recruitment exams, said Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday.
He said talks are on with the Health Ministry on whether to conduct NEET-UG in pen-paper mode or online.
“Government is looking at moving to computer adaptive test and tech-driven entrance exams in near future,” he said.
On exam reforms, Pradhan said the NTA will be restructured in 2025 and ten new posts are being created.
