JAMMU: Mission Director Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) J&K Khurshid Ahmad Shah today convened a review meeting of Jal Shakti (PHE) Divisions of Jammu province through virtual mode
The meeting was attended by Chief Engineer Jal Shakti (PHE) Department Jammu, Executive Engineers of civil and Mechanical divisions, besides Superintending Engineers of respective circles.
The MD enquired about the pace of pipeline mapping in the region, while directing the Engineers to expedite the execution work in their respective Divisions.
The Mission Director was assured that the targets will be achieved soon. The chair urged the officers to clear the backlogs and gear up for achieving new targets within set timelines.
The Mission Director also directed the divisional officers to complete the ongoing schemes where 80-90 percent works stand completed.
Expenditure reconciliation, Dump data and overall progress in the implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission in Jammu Province was also discussed in the meeting.
