Principal Secretary, APD seeks details of other such orders
SRINAGAR: In a significant move, the Jammu & Kashmir Government on Wednesday cancelled 42 orders, primarily involving transfers, issued by the outgoing Director Agriculture Kashmir, Choudhary Mohammad Iqbal.
The Agriculture Production Department today rescinded 42 orders issued by Director Agriculture, Kashmir from November 16 to November 29.
In an order, a copy of which is in possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Principal Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Shailendra Kumar that these orders issued by Director Agriculture Kashmir from November are rescinded ab initio.
These orders were issued by Director Agriculture Kashmir who demitted the office on November 30.
These orders, as per news agency- Kashmir News Observer (KNO) – mainly involve transfer and postings of Junior Agriculture Extension Officers (JAEOs).
The Principal Secretary, APD has asked Director Agriculture Kashmir and Deputy Director Central Kashmir to furnish the details of other orders, if any, issued from November 16 to November 30.
