GANDERBAL: Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) continues its journey across Ganderbal district ensuring effective execution of government programs and enhancing the awareness on Government schemes.
In its backdrop, District Administration Ganderbal today organized an impressive program which was presided over by the Inspector General of Registration, J&K, Sheikh Arshad Ayub organized at Qamaria Stadium Ganderbal.
Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Shyambir; Additional District Development Commissioner Ganderbal, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani; ASP Ganderbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Planning Officer, ACR Ganderbal besides other district and sectoral officers were present on the occasion.
The campaign featured resource persons who underscored the significance of various welfare schemes. An Information, Education and Communication (IEC) van was utilized to showcase remarkable success stories of beneficiaries thriving under multiple schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), UMEED, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), Pradhan Mantri Kisan SammanNidhi (PM Kissan), Poshan Abhiyan, and others.
With participation from various departments, the camp aimed to educate the community about the objectives and procedures of different schemes, ensuring that locals are well-informed about the available benefits and support systems.
VBSY event facilitated meaningful interactions between officers, officials, and citizens thereby fostering a platform for knowledge-sharing and empowerment.
