SRINAGAR: The Deputy Mayor Srinagar, Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri along with concerned Corporator Gilli Kadal accompanied by Assistant Executive Engineer (Sub Division Eidgah) RRWD, SMC Assistant Executive Engineer (UEED), Assistant Executive Engineer (CDC) Assistant Executive Engineer City Roads Srinagar and other senior officials from SMC visited different areas of Srinagar.
The Deputy Mayor along with concerned Corporator and Senior officials from SMC visited Zoonimar, Gilli Kadal, Babapora, Degdehar and Pazwalpora Zoonimar Srinagar to review the civic facilities and other development works.
Locals and representatives of the area put forth few demands like development of interior link roads of Babapora, Pazwalpora Zoonimar and Gilli Kadal Srinagar by way of macadamization, concreting and soling, metalling, repairs, reconstruction of R/wall and fencing of graveyard at Babapora Zoonimar Srinagar, raising of main holes at Pazwalpora Zooninar, and construction of drainage system at Degdehar Zoonimar, providing of drinking water facility, installation/upgradation of electric transformer at Abu Baker Colony Gilli Kadal and providing of e-rickshaw facility in the said areas.
The Deputy Mayor, Srinagar gave on spot directions to the concerned officers to redress all the grievances as requested by the representatives of said area.
