Kisan Khidmat Ghar (KKG) serves as a one-stop solution for agriculture and allied sectors, providing a comprehensive range of services to farmers at the Panchayat level.
17 KKGs are strategically placed across Shopian to serve farmers at the grassroots level and are equipped with advanced hardware and software facilities to deliver a range of agricultural services effectively in a user friendly manner. 33 more KKGs are coming up in second phase.
Managed by young agri- entrepreneurs (Krishi Udyamis) from the panchayats offering support, promoting local empowerment and self-employment, KKGs aim to bring government services closer to farmers in their immediate neighborhoods.
Realtime assistance and continuous support and training from experts to enhance farming efficiency and productivity are also provided at KKGs.
