DODA: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan today conducted an inspection of the Office of the Chief Education Officer and reviewed the working of the office.
He checked the arrival/attendance register, functioning of the Biometric attendance system, movement register of the employees and service deliverance.
He further directed the officer and staff to maintain work culture and punctuality and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances.
He said that district administration won’t tolerate irresponsible behavior of any employee towards their duties and the complaint regarding the unauthorised absence of any employee shall be dealt with strictly.
The DC Doda also inspected the traffic management and cleanliness in Doda town and issued strict directions regarding the traffic congestion/wrong parking etc..
He directed the authorities to take strict action against the violators of traffic rules, wrong parking and roadside encroachment. He directed the Traffic/ Police and ARTO to work in close coordination and act tough against violators, who cause a lot of inconvenience to common people.
ADC, Dr Ravi Kumar Bharti; CEO,Parshotam Goria; ARTO, Rajesh Gupta and Traffic/ Police officials were also present during the inspection.
