Calls for flawless digitization, efficient services delivery
REASI: Deputy Commissioner Reasi Vishesh Mahajan on Wednesday chaired a Revenue Officers meeting here in his Office Chamber.
After comprehensive review of the working of the department, he addressed key issues related to verification of digitization, quality checks, and timely completion of Jammabandies.
The focus extended to the Geo-referencing of Cadastral maps, SVAMITVA, PM Kisan mutations, and online service delivery under PSGA.
The DC stressed the importance of 100% error-free digitized Jamabandies and urged officers to meet the timelines set for different levels of procedures.
Reviewing the status of court cases, DC Vishesh Mahajan directed the department to prioritize their timely uploading on the RCCMS Portal.
Emphasizing adherence to the rules, the DC urged officers to ensure disposal of complaints in accordance with the PSGA rules. Railway Collectors were asked to furnish details of all pending issues in 3 days.
