KULGAM: In order to discuss and finalize modalities for time bound completion of Digitization process of Jamabandies, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of Tehsildars and revenue officers at mini-secretariat, here.
During the meeting the DC stressed the concerned to put in concerted efforts and ensure completion of the Digitization process of Jamabandies in a time bound manner. The DC also impressed upon the revenue officers to focus on quality disposal of grievances of people in their respective jurisdictions.
While reviewing the status of removal of encroachments on state and kahcharai land, the DC sought details from all Tehsildars about the retrieved land under their jurisdiction.
He directed all the Tehsildars to intensify anti-encroachment drives in their respective tehsils to retrieve the encroached land.
The meeting was attended by ACR Kulgam, Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz, all Tehsildars and other revenue officers.
