KUPWARA: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Handwara, Javed Naseem Masoodi today paid a surprise visit to District Hospital Handwara to inspect its functioning.
During the visit, the ADC inspected various sections of the Hospital including OPD, Emergency, Gynea and other wards, and checked the duty roster of the doctors and hospital staff.
The ADC interacted with the patients and enquired about the healthcare and treatment facilities provided in the hospital.
He also interacted with the doctors and medical staff, and impressed upon them to work with more dedication and ensure that all the patients especially coming from far flung areas are provided better healthcare facilities.
