RAJOURI: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, chaired a meeting to review the preparations for the “Sushasan Saptah – Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore” campaign, scheduled to be observed across the district from December 19 to December 24 as part of the Good Governance Week celebrations.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed the activities carried out during the preparatory phase from December 11 to December 18. He stressed the need to create widespread awareness about the campaign, ensuring people are informed about the time and venue of events to facilitate effective grievance redressal.
“Good Governance is the prime concern of the administration, and it must reflect on the ground. It is our responsibility to ensure that every policy and initiative translates into meaningful benefits for the people,” he said.
The Deputy Commissioner directed officers to emphasize key initiatives such as the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP) and YUVA during the special camps to maximize outreach and impact.
He further instructed the compilation and submission of detailed reports covering Public grievances redressed in Special Camps, CPGRAMS, and State portals, New services added for online service delivery, Service Delivery applications disposed of during the campaign, Collation and dissemination of Good Governance practices, Success stories of public grievance resolution and success stories on the resolution of public grievances.
Officials were also asked to upload relevant data and photographs on the designated portal, showcasing the campaign’s achievements and success stories.
The meeting was attended by ADC Kalakote Tanveer Ahmed, ADC Nowshera Babu Ram Tandon, ADC Sunderbani Rajeev Magotra, ACR Rajouri Mohd Jahangir Khan, SDM Thanamandi Abid Hussain, and other district and sectoral officers.
