ANANTNAG: After four decades of dedicated service and unwavering commitment, the District Information Centre Anantnag today bid a heartfelt farewell to Ghulam Nabi Wani, Sr.Cultural Assistant who retired from his position upon reaching superannuation.

Wani has been an integral part of the Information Department since 1982. Throughout his illustrious career, he has exhibited exceptional professionalism, leadership, and an unwavering dedication to the values and goals of the department.

In this connection, a grand farewell ceremony was held at District Information Centre Anantnag, where colleagues, friends, and well-wishers came together to honor Ghulam Nabi Wani and share their fond memories.

Burhan Hussain, District Information Officer (DIO) Anantnag, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the retiring official. He also highlighted Wani’s remarkable dedication during his service time, acknowledging his pivotal role in contributing to the success and growth of the Information Department.
