PULWAMA: In a vibrant celebration today, Jashan Chilla-i-Kalan adorned Pulwama district, resonating with the spirit of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY). The DC while inaugurating the event articulated the significance of preserving cultural heritage. The aim of hosting such events is not only to cherish our rich traditions but also to embrace new avenues, including digital governance while celebrating our heritage, he stated.
