DODA: The District Institute of Education and Trainings (DIET) Doda today organised a pivotal five-day workshop to work out road map for implementing substantial examination reforms and introducing a revised assessment and evaluation scheme for teachers’ mastery in the region.
Set to continue till the 15th of December 2023, the workshop is being conducted at the ICT Lab in DIET Doda.
Under the leadership of the DIET Principal Parkash Lal Thapa, the workshop aims to revolutionize educational evaluation methods. The workshop is specifically designed to equip teachers with updated assessment strategies, enhancing their evaluation capabilities for a more effective learning process.
Chander Parkash, the coordinator of the program at DIET Doda, is overseeing the extensive training sessions during the workshop. The focus is on imparting practical and hands-on training, empowering teachers with the latest techniques and methodologies in assessment and evaluation.
This workshop represents a proactive approach by DIET Doda to elevate the quality of education by modernizing the assessment system for teachers’ mastery in the Doda district. As it progresses till the 15th of December 2023, the knowledge and skills acquired during this workshop are anticipated to significantly contribute to an improved educational environment and better student learning outcomes across the district.
