DC Bandipora inspects ongoing finishing works of Auditorium at Kuloosa

Directs for early completion of all works

BANDIPORA: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad Saturday visited the under-construction auditorium at Kuloosa, Bandipora.

The DC personally inspected the ongoing construction work and directed the authorities to expedite the work for the early completion of the auditorium.

The auditorium, which is being constructed at a cost of Rs. 3 crore under district plan, is expected to serve as a hub for various cultural, educational, and community events.

Dr Owais during the inspection stressed the importance of completing the project within the stipulated time frame to ensure that the residents of Bandipora and surrounding areas benefit from this state-of-the-art facility.

He emphasized that the completion of the auditorium will not only enrich the cultural landscape of the region but also provide a platform for local artists and performers to showcase their talents.

During the visit, DC interacted with the project management team, engineers, and workers, seeking feedback and suggestions for any obstacles that might be hindering the progress. He assured them of full support to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.

The DC was accompanied by Joint Director Planning, Imtiyaz Ahmad besides other concerned.
