SAMBA: The District Level Committee on Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) today approved 13 Fishery Units here at its meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma.
The meeting attended by officials from Agriculture Production, Farmers Welfare Department and Fisheries Department discussed beneficiary cases who had applied online through the HADP portal under different sectors.
After thorough scrutiny, the committee granted approval to cases of 13 beneficiaries seeking benefits under the Fisheries Sector and deliberated on 5 cases received from the Agriculture Department for approval across various components of the HADP scheme.
During the meeting, different pertinent issues related to the HADP were addressed with the intention to ensure that farmers can derive maximum benefits from the schemes. The collaborative effort seeks to enhance agricultural development and support the well-being of the farming community.
