GANDERBAL: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today convened a meeting of officers at Mini Secretariat, here to review and finalize the arrangements for upcoming Independence Day celebration in the district.
At the outset, the ADC enquired about the status of arrangements to be put in place at the venue including reparation and consolidation of the main venue ground, podium, security, seating, transportation, parking, electricity, refreshment, Medicare, availability of ambulance, deployment of fire tenders, illumination of identified govt. buildings, decoration at venue, mementos and certificate and sanitation measures.
The ADC stressed the concerned officers to finalize all the arrangements before 13th August, the day of full dress rehearsal and all arrangements shall be put in place timely for the celebration of Independence Day.
The meeting was attended by Dy.SP, ACR, Dy.DEO, Executive Engineers of various wings, ARTO and other concerned were present in the meeting.
